Seth Kirschenbaum
Seth D. Kirschenbaum, Esq. was appointed to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board by the Atlanta Bar Association in June, 2007 for a three (3) year term. After joining the board, Mr. Kirschenbaum was elected Vice Chair. On February 11, 2010, he was reelected Vice Chair of the Board.
His extensive law background and experience has enabled him to play a major role as the Board began to organize and establish rules and procedures and draft By-Laws. Seth, like other board members committed hundred of weekend hours and sacrificed personal time to ensure the overall success of the board.
On February 12, 2009, he was re-elected Vice Chair of the Board. Mr. Kirschenbaum is a partner at Davis, Zipperman, Kirschenbaum & Lotito, LLP in Atlanta. His area of practice is Criminal Defense. He received a B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton, Binghamton, New York in 1971. In 1976, he received a Juris Doctor With Distinction and Order of the Coif Honors from Emory University School of Law.
His bar admissions include the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia; U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit; Supreme Court of Georgia and U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Kirschenbaum received a Community Service Award from the Atlanta City Council.
